All Bookings must be made with Credit Card Details to be Confirmed.
We hold Credit Card for Cancellations & Room Security.Upon arrival, guest must provide a valid credit card if a valid credit card is not available, a refundable deposit of $100 will be required. AMEX surcharge of 4% applied on bookings.
ANY Booking cancelled or date change, regardless of time notice will incur a $15 Administration Fee per room.
- All Motel Room Group Bookings Cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
- Any Motel Room Booking Cancellation less than 72 Hours Notice will incur 1 full nights Fee.
- Any motel Booking Cancelled less than 1 weeks notice on Long Weekends, Public Holidays & Major Local Events will incur the FULL BOOKING AMOUNT
All Rooms are non-smoking inside. $100 Fines apply for Smoking in Rooms.
